WE'RE IN!

It's a very exciting week for the EPS team as we have finally moved into our new warehouse and office in Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches. 

Over the past 2 years we have been utilising the services of a 3PL facility and whilst this has been suitable, as we grow one of the key areas of focus for us is to excel in customer service for both our B2C and B2B customers. 

What does this mean? Whilst we will continue to ship daily as per historical we will also be able to rush through urgent orders for customers (you know who you are!) throughout the day to ensure deadlines are met at store level.

In addition we also have plans to offer additional services for our small & boutique retailers for some of our range. All will be revealed very soon & we think it's a bit of a game-changer!

If you're ever in the area, we welcome all our customers into the showroom to check out the products and answer any specific questions you might have about how these products can best be showcased in your store.

We expect the installation to be finalised within the next few days and then it's full steam ahead!
